A plain-language account of what the Signal Workshop website collects, why it is used, and where it goes.
Last updated: July 18, 2026
Information you provide
The contact form can collect your name, email address, business name, service interest, project message, and budget range. Signal Workshop uses this information to respond to your inquiry, understand the requested work, prepare a scope, and maintain ordinary business records.
How the form works
The contact form is delivered through FormSubmit.co, which forwards the submission to Signal Workshop by email. FormSubmit is a third-party service and processes the information needed to deliver your message. The public form is not a secure portal.
Do not submit classified information, controlled unclassified information (CUI), federal contract information (FCI), export-controlled information, passwords, credentials, security details, payment card data, health information, or confidential client material.
Website infrastructure
The site is hosted by Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel may process basic request information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps, and security events to deliver and protect the site. Signal Workshop does not currently run advertising cookies or a separate website analytics script.
Sharing and retention
Inquiry information is not sold. It may be handled by service providers that support website hosting, form delivery, and email. Signal Workshop keeps inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, scope work, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You can avoid the form and email chad@lswdesigns.info directly. You may also use that address to ask what inquiry information Signal Workshop holds about you or to request a correction or deletion, subject to records that must be retained for legal or business purposes.
Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated when the website, form provider, or data practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
